To start the program you answer some questions about yourself in our Wellbeing Check-in.
The Check-in helps us understand what you’re already doing to care for your wellbeing, and the areas which can help you improve how you feel.
We map your answers to mental health research and recommend a program of six priority self-care modules that are personalised to you.
You then complete a 10-minute module each week for six weeks that teaches you simple strategies that you can practice to strengthen your wellbeing.
